VCAN Cruiser Half Face Motorcycle Helmet with Drop-Down Sun Visor, Removable Peak and Quick Release Buckle

I’ve ridden with this helmet for a week now and found it to be a great fit, comfortable for multi-hour rides, and I really like the looks and cool decal. The quick release strap is easily adjusted and comfortable. Even better, the retractable goggles are excellent and create an aerodynamic windshield for the entire helmet keeping the helmet from rising while riding in head-on wind. I wear prescription glasses and I can wear my glasses comfortably under the goggles. I ride a scooter and haven’t ridden above 50 MPH but the helmet is excellent for me. I tried several other helmets in the same price range through a retail store and found them to fit differently (size-Medium) and construction to be cheap. This helmet fit perfectly and seems more substantially constructed with solid materials, comparatively.

I purchased the VCAN Cruiser Half Face Motorcycle Helmet primarily for travel into helmet law states, meaning I don't use it every day, but when I do, I need it to be reliable and comfortable. This helmet works exactly as it should. The drop-down sun visor is a fantastic added touch and makes a huge difference in sudden changes in sun exposure or when cruising against a low sun angle. The thing I've never liked about D-ring helmets, is when I'm done riding & need to step off the bike, I like to take the helmet off while seated & sling it over the mirror. With gloves on, you can't do this. It's impossible! You must FIRST, remove your gloves & THEN proceed to remove your helmet. Not so, with this bad boy here! As soon as you put your kickstand down, one pull from the 'easy to grab' tab and your helmet is OFF! Absolutely LOVE this feature. Plus, with the removable peak, the sun is outta my eyes while riding. HUGE "safety feature", that is most often INCORRECTLY considered a "convenience" feature. It's just an all around great helmet, that is: 1- very well made, 2-super cool to look at, and 3- Super-easy to use! If you end up getting one, you'll never regret it! Even if it were to cost much more, it'd still be my choice of half-dome lids. Great job guys!

I just bought an e-bike motorcycle type. I wanted something more than a bike helmet saw this 1/2 with visor. I’m a 7.125 hat size so this would be for a medium. Fits perfect. Not to heavy, and great looking style. Several people have commented on it. Very happy so far!

Perfect Helmet for me. It’s exactly what I was looking for. Great fit. I got a Medium. It was easy to adjust the strap the first time & easy to put on & take off. No adjustments needed. The Helmet stays put, no sliding back on my head, perfect coverage. I really like the Visor, easy up/down even while riding. I just may look for a full face shield attachment. Allergy Season has been rough on me & a face shield might block the wind & pollen. Great price for a great Helmet!

I purchased this for use on my electric bike (goes 20mph). I will tell you, the first helmet I bought was dirt cheap and did not fit my head well at all (I decided to return it). I decided that I wanted something DOT approved, but I did not want something that looks too much like a motorcycle helmet. This helmet is perfect. I like the straps, quick release buckle, lining and it fits my head very well and is comfortable. I also like the drop down sun visor.

I measured my head at the widest spot before I ordered the XXL size and it was still too small. The sizing chart shows a XXXL size but it was not listed for sale. I also got this helmet for the flip down sunshade as I had a similar feature on my Nolan full face helmet. The flip down sunshade immediately curves toward the face and as such is not useable for people with glasses. This is strictly for contact wearers. Otherwise the quick release buckle is great and it is a decent quality DOT approved helmet.
