Every Integrative Therapeutics product I’ve used has been a quality product with high quality ingredients. The active b-complex is no exception. I like it because I get what I need without having to taste the icky b vitamin taste so common with other b vitamins. The capsules aren’t huge and they’re easy to take. I take it because I had gastric bypass and must take vitamins. I appreciate that I’m able to easily get my daily intake which helps me feel my best. It’s a great price too!

Great product and just as described

I have been taking this for about a week now & I absolutely love the results!!! I always feel so tired (zombie like) everyday. No matter how much coffee or energy drinks I could drink in a day, nothing helped. I couldn't find the motivation to do anything. Today marks the 5th day I've been taking this & I feel pumped up, more restful. I have more motivation, No brain fog. Couldn't ask for a better product & I will be buying again. Highly recommend!!!
