Are the poles metal or plastic?

I had to wait about 2 weeks for this to be delivered incorrectly to someone in a different county to me... they then got back to me and said "we are sorry this MAY have been delivered incorrectly", sent a refund as they didn't have more in stock. 3 weeks later I had to go and rush and buy one in decathlon (which was cheaper and did a great job). Honestly don't waste your money here. Get it elsewhere.

Does it come with a vollyball?

Yes - but you have to pump it up. There is also a pump included.
