No taste that you have to choke down, still in the 6 day preliminary but I did sleep better already.

Just started taking this product, I'm not sure if it will have the desired effect yet it will probably take some time. However, the capsules are only half full of product. So either they are using a capsule that's too large, or I'm not getting the dosage that's listed on the label. Have used lots of supplements and never had this happen before.

I’ve taken a few Alpha GPC products and I can say this is the worst one. The capsules are much smaller than other brands but the bottle claims it’s the same dosage. The cognitive effect from the tablets is muted and barely noticeable compared similarly priced brands; it just doesn’t feel like Alpha GPC. Don’t waste your money.

This is an easy one. Nice effects with no undesirables. I like this one with citicoline, tumeric and black pepper extract.
