I was so excited to get this because I had heard that it was a high quality product. I recently had a stalker and thought this would bring me the safety that I needed. I beg to differ. I wear it on my belt loop from time to time so that I will have easy access and especially if I am not carrying my purse. The problem with that is that the cap keeps falling off. Even if I just pick it up, the cap falls off. Lucky for me, so far, I keep finding the cap on the ground or the floor or wherever it is that I have walked. I know that someday I'm going to lose that cap forever and then the product will do me absolutely no good. To me this is a safety issue. I do not recommend this product if you have small children or an animal. I will not be purchasing from this company again. It's a waste of my money.

I ordered this pepper spray and it arrived within 24 hours which was great. I put it on my keys and tested it and it seemed to work really well. Later that day I grabbed my keys and they felt suspiciously light. I investigated and the pepper spray was literally gone. Some sort of case remained but the spray itself was gone. I looked in my purse and my car and couldn’t find it. I didnt subject it to unusual conditions or ever take it out of its case or off my keys. It must have slipped out of the case while I was walking in between classes and I’m pretty disappointed that it fell out with such ease.

I bought this pepper spray after 2 women were attacked in the middle of the afternoon near where I walk my small dog. I live in a downtown high rise and have never felt unsafe before, even at 11PM but with the recent shelter in place order, there are few people out. Per one of the other reviews, I checked the expiration date- 3/2024. I watched the training videos and then had the opportunity for a test spray early this AM. There was no wind, so no danger of it blowing back in my face or my dog’s face. No people around. Unfortunately, the only way it would have stopped an attacker is if he fell down on the ground laughing. A weak squirt of orange liquid that went perhaps 6’ but mostly dribbled out- like a kid’s squirt gun that has run out of water. I tried a second time and got nothing at all. So- I imagine this is a good product, but I’d suggest a test spray immediately- don’t wait to be attacked.
