Great on out side steps. Great traction control. 30” long which could be longer but works in the middle of steps. Great adhesive so it sticks really well. Make sure the steps are very clean, smooth and dry when you are installing.

Arrived in small package with stair treads rolled up. Easy to unroll and remove 4 from the roll of twelve. Pealed the backs off and stuck down to clean, frozen "green" pressure treated So. Yellow Pine. Still down after several days of snow, freezing rain and temperatures in the single digits. I expected the treads not to stick with the existing outside conditions, but they did.

These were great once I finally got the backing off - I tried corners, then finally went to where the glow line was and worked on that area with tweezers for a good half hour to get it started. Once started, it was easy to pull off, but they should have put some sort of starter tab to make it easier and faster. After getting the backing off, the adhesion is excellent, good anti slip, and the bright line is very visible, which all contribute to making stairs more safe - I used them on old wooden stairs inside the garage. Also, the box they shipped in was small, so they came rolled up - I had to put them under a heavy rug for a day to get them flattened out. It would be better to ship them flat.

2 years of use review: Initially bought these to add grip for our small dog going up/down stairs. He slipped when we moved into this house and became scared. I installed these and re-trained him, and now he confidently goes up and down stairs. For us, it has given good traction to brand new floors installed on stairs and the 2nd floor. This area of the stairs does get a lot of sunlight in the morning. The slips have started to get a bit opaque, but still not overly bad for a high traffic area. The quality and thickness of them have helped maintain this long.

The steps to the downstairs of our 1948-built house were dangerous. They would never pass code NOW as they are too steep and too short. So, we decided to make them as safe as possible by painting them white (more visible) and attaching stair treads. I looked at several options before deciding on these. Not only do they pop visually but they are secure. They come rolled up so I flattened them, overnight, using some large books. Getting the backing off was a little tricky but once they were attached to these wooden stairs, they weren't coming off. They are incredible slip resistant - your foot feels safe and secure. I now plan to add them to our outdoor deck steps. Highly recommend.

I was looking for something for my indoor wooden steps after doing a face plant due to slipping off the next to bottom step. I found these that looked easy to install and the right size for my application. I was not disappointed. The kit came with the roller,which makes installation a breeze. I used some automotive brake cleaner and shop towels to clean the steps before installation. These are easy to install--clean the step, remove the backing from the piece,align it where you want to put it on the step,and holding it in a banana shape with the center hanging down,let the center touch first and then let each end down slowly from center to end. Roll out any air bubbles,which there won't be hardly any by installing as I've described,and go on to the next step. Very easy and almost invisible when installed. They work beautifully and I am very pleased with the quality,ease of installation and over-all look. Yes--I would buy this product again.

Nice treads. Easy to apply.

I had to buy another set but if you buy these, get some spray glue to put on the sticky side before applying.

Got new steps built and the treated wood was very slippery when wet. These are sticking well and provide traction especially well. We get brutal winters here so I might update in spring if these hold up in our -40C, 8 foot snow dumps, but so far with the rain, and morning frost these are holding up well! Highly recommend!

Me gustaron vienen super bien acomodadas, buen tamaño! Las comore porque mis perritos se resbalaban y con esto resolvio el problema! Obviamente se nota mas la pisada de zapato pero se limpian muy bien con un trapo humedo! Se pegan super bien!
