Works on standard low cost RC car rechargeable batteries
On Christmas day, our grandson got a low cost RC car (simple forward/backward/left/right), then promptly lost the charging cable. We were afraid it was some unique connector we'd never find. Turns out lots of this type of car (with a rechargeable battery) use the same connector (yeah). This works with his car. The Amazon listing has pictures of the connector, tells the voltage it supports, & how the charger works (kudos to seller). To see if it will work, make sure it's the right voltage, and look at the car's connector to see if it looks just like these ones.

Charge correctly, LEDs work well
These are the charger cables to get. I tried a couple of others; they either don't work at all or don't illuminate the LEDs correctly. These cables turn on the red LED when charging, then the green LED when done. If you connect an already-charged battery, it immediately shows green. The LEDs shine through the side of the plug so you can line up four of them in a charger and see them all. Highly recommended.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! This broke my battery.
Don't buy this to charge your li-ion batteries. I made especially sure that this was a compatible charger for my battery. I did not overcharge it. When I plugged it into my son's toy, the lights on it flash for a split second, and then it shut off. It now can't turn on. When I plug in the battery to the charger again it does the same thing, the red light flashes for a split second and then turns off. the battery was working right before I plugged it into the charger. there were no periods on extended discharge. I should have known not to buy it when there were no reviews.
