I love how these "mud pies" change the subtle energy of whatever they touch or are near. This is beneath my water bottle by my bedside. I feel more hydrated and refreshed somehow.

I wish I had remembered this yesterday
I received this as a gift several years ago and have used it off and on to good effect. I woke up yesterday am and my neck hurt so bad I could not move it. Took ibuprofen, dulled the pain but did not increase mobility. Massaged my neck, applied heat, put on a wrap, nothing really did anything. This morning, there this little thing was and I put it against my neck. I've been sitting with it on my neck for about 3 hours.I also hold it under my hand when my arthritis gets the better of me.The pain is down by 80-90%, mobility increased by about the same amount. I can almost put my 76-year-old neck to my shoulder. I can move my neck freely from side to side,up and down.I claim Scottish ancestry and it seems a bit pricey. Right now, feeling so much better, glad to have it. It's small but it's mighty. Be skeptical but try it.

Happy Heart
I got this in the mail today, and I am very satisfied so far. It is a good size, larger than a typical coaster. The smell is a mix of natural plant oils- it's hard to decipher the scents, but it's not at all offensive to me. My cat did not mind the smell either. Having it near my skin makes breathing very easy. I haven't had any aches to try it on today, though my partner said his caffeine headache felt better after a few minutes of contact.Here's my very measurable emotional effect: I brought my new squishy to work where a mean note from a coworker was waiting for me. I was dwelling on it, angry for awhile, then decided to put the squishy on my chest. I have been unable to feel bad about the nasty words since! Stinky!
We were given one of these and it is so strong in scents that my eyes water and I now have trouble breathing. Overpriced mass essential oils packaged for the gullible. I had to remove it from my house due to the stink.

Versatile unique invention..... I think it smells great!
This product is one of a kind and amazing! Helps with a multitude of things from pain relief to re harmonizing negative and harmful energies such as electromagnetic radiation from electronic devices.
