RIVERWELD P-80 Plasma Cutter Roller Guide Wheel Spacer Circle Compass Stand Off One Screw Positioning Fit Pilot Arc Starting

I purchase this item for my Lotos ltp5000d, I knew at the time it would be larger than the nozzle (nozzle is 1 In) . I am currently trying to reinvent the mouse trap with this. I believe I and most people will be able to figure out a way to make it fit. At this price you can afford to take a chance. It is well made, legs are to long even when adjusted up at the highest point, but that is an easy fix. If you are willing to experiment I would recommend this product, and if your nozzle is slightly under 33mm you are ahead of the game. I can not fault the product because it does not fit.

This guide works great. It seems to have a good build quality, and is priced right.

Decent little item, didn't fit my touch nozzle but a couple of mods and it does the trick to make it fit better. The only issue I had aside from the roller guide being too largewas one of the roller disk kept hanging up during rotation. This was pretty much corrected with some 600 or800 sandpaper, nothing worth returning over I thought.

Amazon stated this worked with my plasma cutter. Not even close to working. Twice as big in diameter than needed and the set screws aren’t even close to tighten the gap. Money down the drain. Not worth my time to send it back for $8. Don’t let it steal your $8. Won’t fit the lotos 3500 model plasma cutter. I would assume it won’t work for many by the sheer large diameter of the ring. Amazon didn’t usually let me down with showing additional items that work with or for that item you purchased but this time it isn’t even close to working. What a disappointment.

Did not fit my plasma cutter. The orange bushing is much much too large. No other bushing/insulator was part of the package. Useless for me.

It rolls right along smooth in a straight line makes it easy to cut straight and follow the line better than freehand. Won't last forever but thats anything in that close proximity to the arc and heat of melting metal. Wasn't expensive. I think it'll last for awhile but it is what it is. Has a real hard working environment , It is as good as it can be. Well designed and makes the job easier when cutting with a plasma cutter.

The wheel is well built and rolls nicely. The issue is that it does not fit any of my plasma cutters. We are going to 3D print an inner ring to use as a bushing. This should help. I will update the review when I complete it. I rate it as for its quality right now.

The P40 plasma cutter is a small (40A, 220V) machine with an SG55 torch head. The inner diameter of this wheeled model still makes it possible to add a ring. I was lucky to find a brass/chrome ring (small sink connection) just the right inner and outer diameters to fit in snuggly. However, backup plans were to use a ring made from high molecular weight polyethelene. I changed and added another set screw in the back for better reach and stability. When beginning to use a plasma cutter you'll need something like this wheeled guide to help. Besides, it saves consummables and prevents touching the tip to the plate which eventually causes problems. All the tools needed are readily available or are in DIY shops. A little work but it pays off with a snug fit for the plasma cutter actually being used.
