Finally a review of someone with a tragus piercing
I’ve been using ear plugs for a few months now. I’m a super light sleeper and wake to everything. Ear plugs have helped so much! However, I have my tragus pierced and that has made finding ear plugs that fit without being extremely sore the next day, nearly impossible. Ive tried, adult, kids versions, silicone, you name it. I’ve been using these pink ones for a few days now and not once have I woken up with sore ears. The shape of it made it easier to fit in my ear unlike the other big ones that stick out too far, pushing my piercing to the side. The very end of it does lay against my piercing, but I think having the x at the end of the ear plug, gives the piercing more room to contour into the plug instead of just being pushed out of the way. I sleep on my side and have no problem sleeping on both ears with these. I like that they don’t block out every noise, just muffle it. But I mean, reallyyy muffle it, I can hear the fan across the room but it sounds like it’s a mile away. As a mom, and the wife to the snorlax himself, completely blocking out my hearing at night sounds like a dream, but knowing I still have a fighting chance of hearing them wake up at 4am to empty every toy bin is…comforting? 🤔

Excellent ear plugs!!!
These little gems are AMAZING and work exceedingly well! My husband snores so loudly it’s like a chainsaw being revved up next to my head, these ear plugs block out 99% of his snoring for a peaceful nights sleep…for both of us. And I love the smaller size of these ones for my small ear holes, perfect fit! 20/10 for excellence!!!

defenitely for SMALL ear canals
I don't think it's fair to give this one star because I didn't read the description, these are definitely for SMALL ear canals, I guess mine aren't small enough because I nearly lost a plug in my ear. With that being said, I cannot use these but I assume they'd work great for women with small ear canals.

and I'm glad they make them in this size
Since every pair of foam earplugs ever has always irritated and hurt my ears -- even some supposedly smaller and more contoured ones I bought at the drugstore-- I had come to the conclusion that I must have very narrow ear canals. Well, I still think I do, but not as small as these! I would call these more child-size than women's size. They were just a little too small for me, and as such don't block out noise sufficiently well. Still, they are a well-made, high-quality product, and I'm glad they make them in this size. Earplugs need to come in many variations of shape and size, and I accept that I just have to experiment until I find something that works for me. The more variety the better! I'm trying these out next. http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0067OU27O?redirect=true&ref_=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_17

I love it! Fits my tiny ears and cancels sound ...
I love it! Fits my tiny ears and cancels sound by 60-70% (I'm estimating myself.. Haha). I'm also able to wear it about 3 times before it loses it's ability to be rolled up into a small cylinder to fit into my ears. I usually wear it in my dorm because my roommate is really loud. This was my first time buying ear plugs. At first, it made my ears sore for a few days so I would wear it every other day or every two days. My ears soon got used to it after wearing it 5-6 times. If you're a first time user like me.. It feels weird and pressure-y is the summed up version of when you first wear it.

Yay.
Apparently I have very tiny ear canals that kind of go upward. I am also sensitive to the sensation of ear plugs and generally HATE them. These work for me though! They are quite tiny and very soft, but work perfectly in my teeny adult ears. I was even able to nap during my husband's loudish TV show the other day. That hasn't happened in 15 years, as I am very noise sensitive! I would LOVE to have these *exact* ear plugs in a neutral grey or something, so I could wear them in loud crowds without it being obvious I'm wearing hot pink "girly" earplugs. Seriously.

Too small for adults with small ear canals, but might be ok for children.
I was very disappointed. These ear plugs may work for children, however, I am a grown woman with small ear canals. These are so small they don't block out sound at all.

May be too small
For the past few months, I've been using another brand of foam earplugs (Hearos, rated 32) to block out noise at night, but thought I'd give these a try. The Hearos do a very good job of blocking out noise, but I've found them a bit big--after a while, my ears aren't comfortable, so I go from side to side during the night. Also, the Hearos make my ears itch. The Mack's Dreamgirl earplugs are more comfortable (perhaps because they're a bit shorter and thinner) and don't make my ears itch, but they also don't block out much noise. I tried them for two nights in a row, putting them in, removing them, then putting them back in several times in case I wasn't positioning them correctly. I think they're just too small for my ears. Since I'm a normal-size woman with average-size ears, I don't think that should be happening. Unfortunately, I can't really use these since they don't block out the noise for me, but I'm still glad I tried them, because I discovered that not all foam earplugs itch. I'm going to try the larger size Mack's with the higher sound rating and see how they do. If these had fit me and worked, I would have given them 5 stars, but because they didn't (and should have), I'm only giving them 3.
