Constipation Relief, 50Count

For years I was bothered by the opposite complaint, until the stress of the Pandemic brought me constipation. I was not a happy camper until I found this GENTLE, non-toxic, safe herbal/homeopathic remedy for emergencies, as a fallback if other natural remedies like prunes and prune juice stopped working. It did not disappoint. Melt the tablets under your tongue and it goes to work. Soon, you're a new person.

Directions missing. There is a little red arrow at the bottom of the box indicating the directions (how many to take, how often, with meals, etc.) are around the corner of the box but they aren't. Didn't want to just pop a few in my mouth, so please make directions available. I also would like to know where these are made, where they're coming from.

I use this with their IBS product and it seems to really help. I take it twice a day.
