Made the Best Banana Cinnamon Swirl Bread Ever!
I was so excited to try this new Pasticceria 00 flour from Antimo Caputo, and it did not disappoint! This version for pastry is truly something special. The texture is ultra-fine and silky, and it smells fresh and slightly sweet right out of the bag. I used it to make a banana cinnamon swirl bread, and it turned out absolutely perfect, light, tender, and full of flavor. The crumb was soft and delicate, but still held together beautifully. I’ve baked this recipe many times before, but this was by far the best result I’ve ever had, and the only difference was the flour. If you enjoy baking from scratch and want a true Italian pastry flour that elevates your desserts, this is 100% worth it. So glad it’s now available on Amazon in the US!

Everything I made with it comes out fluffy and wonderful
My cookies turn out so much better using this flour. Also good to know that the wheat was not sprayed with folic acid to prevent mold.

Highly Recommend
Antimo Caputo flour is the only brand I use because of the fine grind that is easy to digest for those who suffer from IBS. There are no side effects unlike with all-purpose flour. The baking quality is great. Every shipment is fresh and well worth the cost. A must have for those with gluten intolerance.

Arrived well wrapped & smells fresh
I've used Caputo flours before and I love them. Very high quality with a great taste. Easy to use like any other flour. Expensive but worth the price for it's lightness . Also, Italy doesn't spray it's wheat with Glyphosate so I'm thrilled to have that purity for baking.

My first time using pastry flour.
This is a very finely milled flour. I found this flour to be very different from traditional AP flour. Due to the fineness of the flour you'll need to pay attention to the amount of liquid used your recipes. This flour makes very nice, pie crust and biscuits. I would use it again.

Mighty fine
Have used their 00 bread flour often from another retailer and get great results. Wife likes to make some sweet treats every now and then, so we tried their Baking 00 this past week. Wonderful taste. Package says it’s a blend. Highly recommend for any cakes. I’m baking a poppyseed roll this week and will use it. Based on wife’s recent effort. I expect high praise.
