great connectors for garden hose and spigots
these are excellent quick connectors. be sure you understand that brass should not be connected directly to aluminum, or you will experience the dreaded "galvanic corrosion" and will not be able to disconnect the fitting. VERY SIMPLE SOLUTION is to get PLASTIC connectors wherever there are brass and aluminum connections. for a buck or two at most, it is well worth it. i promise you, if you do not do this, you will NEVER be able to disconnect the brass from the aluminum, even if you think you can lubricate the connection . Galvanic corrosion will chemically bond the metals together! i have plastic adapters on all my spigots and on hoses that have aluminum threads (most do), and you can get them with little shut-off valves as well - very cheap and totally worth it. given that proviso, these connectors are high-quality brass and pretty much leakproof. you may want to store them away if you have heavy freezing in the winter, to help protect the rubber. you wont be needing these in freezing weather anyway, so treat them well !

Ease and quickness of connecting
The fit of this product was perfect. It takes less than 2 seconds to reconnect your hose to faucet. In case of an emergency that time is crucial. Every winter I disconnect my water hose from the faucet and I feel more at ease with the maxflo quick connect. Thanks, fast delivery and excellent product.

Garden Hose Connector No Leaks Simple to Use.
Fantastic product for Seniors. Fast and simple to use. Pull back, insert, you're ready to water lawns, gardens, wash cars. Quality brass materials. My connectors still work great after four years.

Work for relatively short time <6mo
These work ok. The ball detents tend to fall out, rendering device useless.

Great quality
Great solid quality. I’m not a fan of plastic and these metal ones are very durable. Easy to use. Comes with a ton of extra gaskets too

So much easier
I go from front of house to the back of the house and the stupid water connection is low to the ground. So it is tough to quickly go from one to another. This made it so much easier. I did use plumbers tape for both connections to make sure there were no leaks from the threads. I have used this for a while and have not noticed any leaks from the quick connects. This is so much nicer and easier than the old way.

Feels solid and doesn't leak
We used this fitting for outside garden hose. Easy install, I didn't even use a tape and it didn't leak (neither from the threads nor from the fitting. Works as it should.

Good product, cheap o rings
the product is ok, but the o rings are cheap and leaked and went to my local hardware store and bought better o rings and works without any leaks. The red one are the replacement I bought.
