THIS is a great anti-inflammatory
I am a big ginger fan! I've been buying it for a lot more money from a local Whole Foods store. I finally decided to go big and buy it here. Ginger, to me, is an amazing anti-inflammatory. When doing long runs, bike rides, or just sitting around feeling sore, I slice a piece of ginger and keep it in my cheek. I use it for a multitude of other reasons too...like inflamed gums.
