Very informative read

One of the best construction books I have read. So informative and discusses all the elements of contracts. it was an easy and interesting read. I would recommend this book to anyone who works with and administrate JTC contracts.

Studying your RIBA Part 3? Buy it.

A great book that explains construction contracts simply and to the point.Useful to have if you are studying for your RIBA Part 3 to qualify as an Architect.Don't let the density of text scare you, it is definitely worth the read.
