About Habitats: Wetlands

This is my favorite in the Sill Habitat series, my favorrite habitat, in fact, but the pictures are beautiful as well as accurate and the choices of animals and plants to include in each picture is optimal. For the casual reader to small children, these books are lovely but for the Montessori classroom, they fit perfectly.

We love this series of books. The words are simple, but the drawings are beautiful complex, and our son finds something new in successive readings. I'm thrilled to have such a nice ecology book for our three-year-old.
