CRAFTISS 30x20g Acrylic Yarn Skeins - 1300 Yards Soft Yarn for Crocheting & Knitting, Assorted Starter Kit for Adults & Kids

The clear zip bag the yarn comes in is well made and the plastic zip is strong and will last which is great if your going to store this yarn, or later other yarn (see pic). The yarn is all acrylic and is soft and bouncy, I would say it's a thick dk/chunky yarn and strong. I am using it for a blanket made of squares, I did try using a 3.5mm hook but it became quickly apparent that I had to use a 4mm hook or higher with this yarn for a well defined stitch (see pic). It is a lovely yarn and lots of great colours. It's very easy to work with but will need blocking once your project is finished. It is perfect for projects that need many small amounts of yarn, intarsia or stripe projects.

I thought I'd give this a more wordy review as it's worth mentioning a few things about this yarn kit. First off, this is a really good price for a lot of yarn if you're just starting out learning Crochet or knitting. Suitable for small projects but smaller skeins (yes, you WILL run out of particular colours half way through a project so be warned or buy two kits!), there's plenty of scope to make Amigurumi or pom poms or smaller needlecraft items with this kit. It comes in a useful plastic zippable bag that can be reused. Some of the skeins are knotted together (these are not continuous lengths as other reviews have mentioned) so bear that in mind if you're a neat freak. TBH I would say of the kit of 21 skeins I only found 3 that had knotted together lengths so it didn't bother me as much. The yarn is acrylic, some skeins are really nice and soft, others are slightly stiffer / fuzzier but overall this is the kit I bought when I first started learning crochet and the yarn was really easy to use for a beginner. Good customer service from the seller too.

I bought this to use on a weaving loom. I was a life time knitter until I lost the use of one hand. Unfortunately I find I am not able to use the loom so have returned the wool. The wool is a good colour palate and for someone who can crotchet would be real value for money

This will be a gift for my disabled granddaughter who loves to make pom-poms and other woollen decorations. I love the selection of colours and the wool seems very soft. Each skein is very small but I think they are still reasonably priced.

A little thinner than traditional knitting yarn, but great for mini punch needle projects, which is what I got them for. Great colour selection!

Me encantannnn los colores las texturas. Pense que eatarian super delgaditos y de no tan buena calidad pero me sorprendieron estan hermosos.
