Meets specs and basic quality standards.
They came. They were as described. There were no malformed, demented, wrong size or messed up thread screws. They were of the correct material with a good overall finish. They did not rust. They are mildly magnet-attracted. They fit the specified size of hole without tearing up the threads or coming loose. For the price, they are a no-brainer.
