good product and support

I bought two of these to add to my hikvision nvr system.... they are satisfactory and perform well like my other white non-oem hikvision turrets. I did need a firmware update and the technical support from Taylor was very good and he was able to get me the update I requested. These won't take regular hikvision firmware updates just so you know... but seeing that Poe Depot was so good at supporting that in obtaining the correct firmware and the performance, value and compatibility I'm giving this product and support 5 stars. I would definitely buy them again.
