We were given a house and it had a roach infestation and before we moved in we used this and I was definitely surprised. I almost had a exterminator come out but I figured we would try this first. It only took 2 times to work 100%. The first treatment got 75% and the second treatment got rid of the rest and we sprayed 2 weeks apart. I definitely recommend it as its cheaper than a exterminator.

This is WAY too diluted. This is .65% compared to 9.1% fipronil. Ex. If you are going to trench for termites, THIS .65% will ONLY make 1.36 gallons after you mix with water. If you would buy 16 oz of industry standard of 9.1%, mix it with water and it will make 20 gallons! See what I mean! WAY too diluted. VERY bad value for your money!

We live in the south where unfortunately bugs are everywhere. After finding termites active In our yard, we called a few local pest control companies. After getting several thousand dollar or more quotes, my husband decided he'd try it on his own first. The value for the money is spot on. This product is mixed with water and a little but goes a long way. It's got easy to use mixing information and is very self explanatory. After use, we haven't seen anymore termite activity, and as an extra bonus, we also haven't seen any ants, spiders or roaches. Win win!!!! Also, not toxic for our 2 doggies which is great. Suppose to last a year. Would definitely recommend to others!!

I've used products like this to control ant infestations. Lots of different chemical names but process is same. Mix with gallon of water and spray infested areas. Let the bugs come into contact with the product and spread it to rest of colony through contact. I saw tell tale termite droppings at side of house. Sprayed area above it with my ant poison but each morning there would be more droppings. Bought this and applied. After two days, no more droppings. And now It's been 7 straight days without any. Very pleased.
