Q: How is the quality of the cards? Will they hold up over time? Are they like normal playing cards or more papery?

Yes same quality as playing cards and seem to be holding up with usage. Obviously depends on care and how much usage.

Q: Am I purchasing the new blue card deck with 150 questions or are you still selling the original one, shown in the pictures above?

The one I got was the white box with the black letters. But I have had it for a few years.
