Good performance

I installed the 16 GB ram in my mid 2012 Macbook Pro and it has made a huge difference. Previously this laptop sat in cupboard as it was unusable due to lag and freezing. I used ChatGPT to confirm my laptop was running out of memory/RAM and after doing this swap my Macbook is working brilliantly. Took 15 minutes to swap out as my current RAM in my Macbook got stuck.

Works great

Easy to install. Plug and play. Less than 10 mins to install including cleaning out 10 years of gunk. My machine had a loading bar when turned on and there was some set up prompts. Not sure if that was from changing the RAM or an update but my programs and files were all there. Computer runs like new again. Very happy. I was about to buy a new laptop but not anymore.
