Product will be fine, when we receive it! (Shipment took more than 20days to arrive, when promised in11 days, by which time intended recipient had gone away. Communication after original delivery date not acceptable

Doesn’t cook to desired level
Select medium, you’ll get rare, select well done, you’ll get medium. This doesn’t indicate correctly, gone back to the old method of cooking steaks, using my eyes.
