Does tegaderm work on sensitive skin, or might it tear the skin on removal?

It works well on sensitive skin with no tearing.

Do they work for venous ulcers? How often do I need to change it? Thank you!

I wouldn’t put it directly on the ulcer. Definitely have it covered with a gauze . I changed my dressing every day so I could clean my port area

Will these work on a wound that measures 4X3? Not sure what the size in description means.

It only covers a 4x3 area, with about 1/4 around edge, so I would say no, you need to go a bit larger to accommodate 4x3 wound.

Does this cover an omnipod dash insulin pump?

i used to also wear an Omnipod dash pump... but i didn't use the 3M dressing to hold on my pods with my PDM ... "Instead i use skintac & or mastisol" to hold my pods on my body. "I would not suggest using this 3M transparent dressing with your Omnipod dash Pods because as you may or maynot know the PODS will need to be replaced every 3 days. & in that case you will go thru a supply of these dressings very rapidly & need to buy more sooner than later...skintac or masitisol is much more beneficial & cost effective to use with your Dash... hope this helps...
