the color is so pretty, texture and quality is 10/10. but it wasnt packaged properly. it was already opened and bottle was scratched.

It looks like its not supposed to be used on the lips, its sticky in consistency but doesnt adhere to lips. When applied, the product gets dragged by the applicator and when it dries your lips would look like it has been poorly painted. It also has a weird scent.
