There's not a list included. It's really a beginning reading level game but I've loved it. I like that they include things like "are" and "our" so we can talk about it. Here are some of the words to give you an idea: ride, with, said, us, did, up, one , not, get, say, who, his, our, are, no, want, into, please, go, so, yes, play, could, was, they, then, and, it, like, we, by, see, jump, pretty, you, now, will, when, well, big, ran, on, in, come, help, but, can, if all, her, I, am, must, here, she, today, run, some, look, is, make, soon, have, there, the, where, little, my, an, at, good, he, away, down, fun.

Q: Would this be good for a kid who is just starting to learn sight words?

I'd pull out the harder ones for a kid just starting to learn and start with the easiest (is / was / he / etc) so that the kid doesn't get frustrated with not knowing so many. I used to give my daughter a nickle for each one she got right, that motivated her to keep with it.
