This supplement works for me!! I use this with another supplement, Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol, and it has completely changed my life. Around 28 yrs old I started suffering from PCOS then endometriosis. I would have cysts rupture on me every other month. I have my personal reasons for not being on birth control so I felt like I had no hope for my ovaries. Until I started taking these supplements. I took these for several months with no incidents. After feeling confident in thinking the cysts were gone forever I got lazy and stopped taking these supplements for a couple months and what do you know, a cyst ruptures and I am back in the hospital with a torsion scare.
