DPP Titanium Red Dot Mount/Plate/Adapter Compatible with Springfield XD Trijicon RMR/SRO&Holosun 407C/507C/508T

I used this with a cheap red dot I had on my XD9 and it works well. I had to ream the mounting holes a hair on the red dot (think it was a 1/4" bit?). Anyway, the mount itself is nice and it comes with the anti-flicker sealing plate which I ended up needing. I did have to order #6-32 x 7/16" Flat Head Socket Cap Screws (monsterbolts.com) to use the anti-flicker plate as the longest screw that come with this were too short (if you have a genuine RMR this may not be a problem). I took it to the local gun shop to remove the rear sight since the XD is notoriously hard to remove ($20). The mount can be installed and removed easily with the set screws if needed. I put 100 rounds on it and so far so good. It held zero. Nice product. I'll update if I have any issues. Edit: I've had this for 6 months now and probably close to 1K rounds on it. The only issue I've had is there was a slight angle on the mount (you can see in the last pic) and the elevation was maxed so I added a 1.0 degree ADE shim and longer screws). This could just be the gun slide and/or red dot so YMMV. Otherwise a solid mount.

Nicely made. Wish the dovetail was a separate piece to be able to get my pusher on it without putting so much force on the plate. But it fit my XDM without sanding the dovetail. Next time I'll sand it.

I've installed this rear dovetail mount optic adapter plate in my XDM 9mm. WHile special tools are required to remove the dovetail rear site and to re-install the new mounting plate, the result is being able to add a modern Holosun Optic to an older 9mm pistol. Great product.
