First For Women Print Magazine

I enjoy reading this magazine. They have all kinds of articles about vitamins, supplements, and foods to add to your routine for various ailments and health conditions. I've learned a lot from those articles. And you can't beat the Amazon price for the subscription (and ease of signing up and/or canceling).

There were no articles poorly written! Up-to-date, well-written, and interesting articles!

Some months ago my wife requested I subscribe on line to a women's news type magazine for her called "First for Women." The subscription finally came lately and I decided to take a look at it even though it is supposed to be for women. I must admit to being surprised how many short informational pieces pertained to not just women but to anyone's health and well-being. I found some other interesting pieces to read in the magazine as well.Now whenever my wife finishes reading her copy she passes it on to me to read and I also enjoy reading it.Rating: 5 Stars. I wish the diet articles would feature 'how I lost 10-20-lbs. ' occasionally as opposed to 100 lbs. (I would be dead if I lost that amount but, healthier if I lost 10) Of course one has to make sure of recipes that go with the diet dujour or regular ones. I love most of the content and look forward to it being in my mailbox. I enjoy the puzzles and last page content also.

I love all the great info in First for Women . So many magazines are just full of ads & biased or political garbage. Why would a fashion magazine be full of Democrat propaganda? First is just good useful info w/o all the virtue signals & forced “wokeness”.

Never got jan. Issue yet

This is my favorite magazine. I don't bother buying any others. I've gained a lot of practical and useful information over the years of reading it. I finally broke down and got a subscription, which saves a lot of money. I am always looking for the latest news in the health and diet genera; mostly holistic approaches interest me, and First always includes unbiased finds and trends so I can make up my own mind if it will work for me. They have recently started including a section on herbs and spices, how they help you and how to include them in your meal planning with plenty of recipes to get you started. About three years ago I started compiling a personal database of their information to help me better understand my body and how to improve it. First has divided the magazine into sections like health, love, kids, food, decorating, etc. I read every word. It's the only magazine I have ever found I can say that about.If I had a negative comment it would be that they have started including a lot more advertizing (mostly for dangerous diet drugs) and have started putting coupons here and there. I don't mind the coupons, but they should be placed in their own section so you don't have to lose an article because you wanted to use a coupon.
