Excellent
I absolutely love these. I eat pancakes all year, not just on Shrove Tuesday, and I’ve eaten 2 of these since Christmas. They taste heavenly and are very well priced.

Perfect Christmas Day Pud!
I bought this Christmas pudding as the one I'd ordered from the supermarket was teeny and would go very far around the table. I read the reviews on the Matthew Walker Christmas pudding so took a chance and ordered one. Well I needn't have worried, this is possibly the best Christmas pudding I've had in my life (with the exception of my Mums homemade one of course). It's choc full fruit and brandy. It's an old school Christmas pud, by which I mean once you've tasted it you'll be transported back to your past. I'm a traditionalist and this Christmas pud is just that, the taste is just divine. It goes great with hot custard and keeps well I had some the next day cold with cream and the next day after that cold with hot custard. I will definitely order this one again.

by far the best crimbo pud
this is by far the worlds best christmas pud and i stand by that fact having tried harrods(very good if a little greasy after taste)m and, selfridges, and many more…. Its simply that its not got raisins that are like rubber balls or chunks of orange peel, its just simply divine with vanilla custard and a pinch of brandy or amaretto butter( or both) also try the mince pies but cook them in the oven first

Best ever Luxury Christmas Pudding.
I will not hesitate to send for this again next year - exceptionally moist and tasty Christmas Pudding - can't rate it enough. This is luxury that is well worth paying a little extra for.

I'm from the United States and have always wanted to try this, thanks mainly to Charles Dickens and the Cratchit family. I am glad that I did as it was very good! However, if you don't like the flavor of figs or raisins this might not be for you. But I happen to love figs and raisins. I followed the microwave directions that were on the box and it turned out perfectly. I also tried jarred mincemeat this year (the 'None Such' brand that includes brandy and rum as ingredients), and as mincemeat and Christmas pudding have a lot of the same ingredients, the flavors are very similar, with the main difference being the texture. The consistency of mincemeat is similar to the gooey part of pecan pie, and the Christmas pudding has a very moist cake consistency.
