It really helped to keep the mess contained when I used it for putting under my large living room rug and I did a deep clean on it with my carpet-cleaner. Even though it isn’t too thick, it is VERY sturdy, I had no issues with ripping or tearing (especially since my boyfriend was pretty rough with it). I plan on taking it with me on a camping trip in the near future and if I need to I will give an update on whether or not it helps withstand the elements of nature. But so far, no issues!

Surprisingly Durable!
We put one of these on the floor of our outside balcony for about a month, and it worked great. We were surprised that it didn’t get any holes or other damage while we worked out there and waited for the permanent flooring. More durable than expected, and we liked the green color.
