The entire team was excellent but Harper stood out, above and beyond! It was truly a wonderful experience communicating with individuals who actually understood the meaning of customer service. As for the actual product, the filter system is excellent and It works very well. The water tastes great. For me, it lasted about a year or so because I live alone. It was time to replace the filter on my Waterdrop filter system. These filters are great. They last a long time. Very easy to install. I haven't had any problems with leaking. I did have an issue getting the system open to change the filter. I contacted customer service and tge representative, Harper, was extremely helpful and very fast in their response. If you are also having issues getting it open, lay the system down on its side (with a towel under it) and use the little wrench to open it. It took me a few tries, but I finally did get it open, thanks to Harper's help. I sent me a video demonstrating it. Very helpful. Wonderful customer service.

Since purchasing their water filter machine, I've changed the filter several times, around 6-7 months. It really gives clean water for drinking and I don't have to carry cases of water home. Saves my back! The filter is easy to install, instructions are easy to follow, and you can have clean water in a few minutes.

This filter does a great job and takes up a minimum of space on my countertop. I've had this thing for several years now. I had to get it because I was living in a farmhouse that had spring water and the water was so acidic it wasn't palatable at all. This fixed that completely and it ended my having to buy cases of water and lug them in my house all the time. It's saved me a lot of money just for that reason. I moved and I now have Town water but it didn't taste much better, this filter saved the day again. It does a great job I can actually drink my water. I changed the filter a couple of times of the course of the last three or four years. I'm impressed with this product and easily give it five stars.
