Love these! I’m pregnant and unfortunately started getting food aversions to eggs, which used to be one of my favorite foods! The yellow part of eggs are a great source of Choline which is vital for the baby’s spinal cord and brain development. So since I wasn’t getting the nutrients through food, these supplements have given me so much peace of mind. Keep in mind, most prenatals do not have enough choline in them! My prenatals only had 55mg of choline but from my personal research, I’ve seen that 450-550 per day is HIGHLY beneficial with studies backing that advice. Always consult with your doctor but I felt comfortable taking 555mg per day (my prenatal and 2 of these choline capsules). I have had no weird side effects on these supplements. I previously tried another brand that was 3x the price so when I saw these at a much better price, I made the switch and so glad I did. If you’re pregnant or trying to get pregnant, it’s good to take your prenatals and supplements into your next doctors appointment and let them look at the label to make sure you’re getting everything you need. I started taking my prenatals 6 months before we started trying to get pregnant.

These have been working well for me so far in addition to my prenatals. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the taste and smell of these. They have a slight fishy smell and taste to the point where my dog gets excited when I open the bottle cause she thinks they’re treats for her. I am glad they do not cause any type of fishy burps though. Overall would recommend.

These have been great during pregnancy! Studies show that high choline intake is linked to increased neurological development in fetuses. This could be a coincidence… but my baby is absolutely perfect. She is so calm, sleeps perfectly since birth, no trouble nursing what so ever, and is having great developmental milestones. Everyone commented about how “alert” she was in her first few months, ever since the day she was born she was clear eyed and calmly watching everything. Maybe we just won the baby lottery, but my husband attributes all of this to the large amount of Choline I took during the second half of my pregnancy. I took 3 of these a day (750mg) and ate lots of eggs and other foods high in choline, along with a potent prenatal multi, and a good prenatal fish oil supplement. I could be biased, but my baby is a dream, and seems like her brain came out pretty good! We will definitely be doing this again with our next baby

2 veggie capsules = 1 serving. Amount of Choline per serving = 500 mg. Weight of 2 veggie capsules = 1.596 g or 1,596 mg. Other ingredients are the veggie capsule (shell) and L-leucine. The shell weight is 0.256 g or 256 mg (we'll round to 260 mg since there's a little powder left in them and it will make the math easier). OK, so 1,596 mg weight of 2 pills - 500 mg of Choline - 260 mg of veggie capsule = 836 mg of L-leucine I suppose. So this is more of an L-leucine supplement than a Choline supplement. This just based on the weight of the capsules and the claimed weight of Choline listed on the label.

There are some supplement companies out there that sell you garbage and call it Choline, I can verify that this is not one of them. I noticed immediate benefits after taking them, it's great for memory, mood and mental energy. Everyone should be supplementing Choline. The only criticism I have is that the packaging was misleading, it says 550mg / 90 capsules; there is 225mg per capsule and the 550mg is referring to the recommended serving.

It makes me focus on my list of chores I had a bad hamit of multitasking now I finish one chore before going to another one. I use to work in a home for the Elderly & now I can focus on doing one thing at a time this is not only for pregnant women I am 67 years old & it does help me to concentrate .

I used to buy this on a regular basis, it has a tendency of disappearing for a long time from the market. So I had to look for other vendors. It helps my elderly fathers control of his diabetes.
