I purchased the BioAdvanced 2-in-1 Moss and Algae Killer for Lawns, and I couldn't be more impressed. The formulation is exceptional—professionally developed, concentrated, and clearly designed with effective active ingredients. Application was quick and straightforward, and the product performed flawlessly right from the first treatment. The spray provides smooth, even coverage and delivers consistent, visible results within days. I noticed the moss beginning to darken and die back within 24-48 hours, with complete elimination after one week. The 2-in-1 formula not only kills existing moss and algae but also helps prevent regrowth, keeping my lawn looking clean and healthy. The coverage area is generous, and the hose-end sprayer attachment makes application effortless across large lawn areas. This stuff definitely works at killing moss. Within a few days all the moss on my walkways was dead and brown. The problem is, it doesn’t go anywhere, so then you have to pick/scrape it all out. Also, the most recent bottle I received, the mixing bottle didn’t work. I had to dump it into another sprayer I have in order to use it.

I followed instructions to the letter; however, it definitely did not work. Highly disappointed as I am older now and cannot afford to have a fall. Now I need to try something else and spend money to hire another person to apply it. Is there any guarantee of its performance? I feel I am entitled to a refund.

This was easy to set up and use, but it didn't thoroughly kill the moss on my roof. In areas with thinner moss or something that may be lichen/algae I noticed an improvement, but with moss along shingle edges it became a bit brown, but didn't kill it enough to loosen the moss, and the moss recovered. I did wet and attempt to soak all the moss, but I'd suggest trying to really, really, really, thoroughly soak any areas of thick moss with this, very well, in order to ensure it works. I was trying to kill moss on half of a 2 car garage roof, and I'd estimate one bottle for that area (I used less, which I regret). It does appear that this did no damage or staining to my roof, gutters, or lawn in the area where it came down from the gutter downspouts. So that is good.

KILLED my moss on carpeted patio! Our back porch is a screened in porch and in one section moss always grows and I've had a terrible time trying to remove it. We've tried power washing it, bleach etc. We thought to give this a try and it worked over night. Attached to hose sprayed the area and within a day or so we noticed the moss slowly fading and dying away and has not come back. It does not affect the carpeted area either, there is concrete below the carpet and there is no damage there either. We did this on another area that is not covered and same thing, took the moss away immediately and has not come back! Highly impressed with this purchase!

This product is extremely easy to use, and highly effective. Simply hook to the end of your hose and go. I had a nasty build up of moss on my nice new roof, and after 2 or 3 days of spraying it, all the moss was turning brown. Within a week, it was dead. I'm including Before and After photos that tell the tale. (And yes, the fronts of my gutters need to be power washed! That's coming in two days from today. 👍) UPDATE: I just added the "After" photo. The moss killer did its job as advertised. The power washing then physically removed the dead moss. And I had a gutter guy add a section to connect the downspout from the 2nd story to the horizontal 1st-story gutter to help keep that area more dry. And note the fact that this product will kill moss, but does not make what remains magically disappear. You must mechanically remove the dead moss, and my power washer man made a point to tell me how firmly it clung to the shingles. This is not a ding on this product. Just a fact in dealing with moss. Even dead, its tiny roots still grab firmly to hard surfaces. Seeing this product is so easy to apply, so effective, and inexpensive, I plan to apply it every Spring and early Fall, or at least once every Summer. 5 STARS

I purchased 3 of these containers to use for kill moss growing in and about my yard. Both in the lawn and driveway. I found the way the applicator works and the ease of using it is very handy. So congrats on making a convenient easy-to-use applicator. I was surprised after spraying all three containers, it did not kill "any" of the moss. Even after a week of sunny weather. Surprised mainly because I've had good results using other BioAdvanced products. Maybe I just got a bad batch, I don't know. It was not because I was light on my application. I really soaked the moss. I defiantly would not recommend this product.
