We gifted this to our daughter for Christmas to go along with a new art easel. I had seen some of these accessories separately at a store and bought this bc the value altogether was better. When it arrived , the box was bigger than I imagined and heavy substantial in a giftable packaging. ⭐️ The paint pots are the best thing in the box!! The lids snap on tight and the funnel top makes it easy to use and wipe excess paint off. The super best part is that it is hard to spill out of them!! I used the paint pots containers for water for my toddlers watercolor book and it got knocked over without letting a drop out! 👉the paint: vibrant colors. It’s paint. Downside is that when I was looking at buying things separately i had picked out a crayola set that is washable. I did think about it when we opened these bc it doesn’t explicitly say washable but I was like, there’s no way M&D would sell a young child’s paint set if it’s not washable, right?? But it stains. I haven’t tried to wash out clothing yet, but I’m sure it is inevitably in our future. My 6yo wears an oversized tshirt for painting. While she was at it, the 2yo grabbed a paint brush from the pot and after cleanup he had a purple/blue smear stain on his leg for the next day, and the 6yo had green fingers after washing up. If that’s how it does on skin, I don’t see how clothes would fair better. 👉paper roll is heavy duty and great. Downside is that I didn’t realize kids easels come in diff sizes and it doesn’t fit (too big by an inch ) our new HAPE easel :( . We will still use it but it doesn’t fit the hang spot above the easel so it will be a bit more clumsy. I should have thought to check dimensions 👉the one whiteboard marker works fine but two or three colors would have been nice. 👉we have used the eraser for both sides and will see how that does over time. Seems fine. 👉chalk is great and writes with fine point. Nice coloration 👉brushes work well. In summary, if I knew better and were doing it again, I would buy separately. We will be getting the crayola paint anyway. Our easel did come with its own paint pots, but only three and this M&D style is worth having and is available outside this set so I would get that and just use the expo markers we have.

Our easel has been well loved by multiple kiddos over the years, and a lot of the original accessories have been broken/lost. I appreciate being able to buy new accessories that actually fit the easel so we can get more years of use from it!

Bought as a gift for my granddaughters easel. Great quality and the non spill paint puts are perfect. Easy for use for all ages.

Worth your money for the easel. Everything your little one needs to create art. Perfect size for their hands. Super fun. Easy to clean. Just soak in hot water and soap and rinse. Easy to assemble and no mess.

Dans le colis une seul feutre (nettoyage sur tableau a sec )pour le tableau ... a ce prix minimum 2 serait souhaitable... Ca reviens moins cher acheter le rouleaux a papier chez ikea (compatible) des peintures aussi speciale enfant et sur tout des feutres AHIEURS aussi beaucoup moins cher.

Nos falta probar las pinturas, las tizas manchan mucho como es lógico, vasos y pinceles tienen un aguante estupendo por el momento. Borrador y rotu van fenomenal. Hemos preferido reservar las pinturas para más adelante y dejar a los chicos con pinturas de dedos no tóxicas pero por comodidad. Lo cogimos a 23 euros y algo y no puede ser mejor compra. El rollo de papel también estupendo. El caballete también se cogió aparte en otra oferta. Nos parece una marca muy recomendable y de calidad aunque solemos esperar a las ofertas pues suele ser caro.

I absolutely love the Melissa and Doug products and the easel was no exception. So great for our little one. I purchased this to go with it. I love the paint cups, and they do help to minimize mess, but will be buying different paints, as these ones really stain our hands after use. I also was happy to have the paper roll, but there may be better options out there in terms of price. Also, all the chalk pieces broke in half within the first day. So while I loved the convenience of these pieces for Xmas morning, I will most likely go source the items separately, with better feature for a toddler. Thick chalk, washable paints, etc. If you have an older kid though, I imagine these issues wouldn’t exist, and the ease of having it all in one and ready to go, would be well worth it.
