FOND O FOODS German Butter, 8.8 OZ

I usually don't write reviews but today for this product and this company, I had to. First things first, I had to wait for ever for this product but I must say it was well worth the wait. The packaging and care that was put in to shipping this butter was above and beyond and it also helped that it is winter. They packaged the butter in a cool aluminum box surrounded by frozen/cool packs... I love the taste and the creaminess of this butter, I also love the fact that it is unsalted. Overall shipping sucked (took way too long to get here (not sure where it was shipped from), butter is Amazing and the packaging was Awesome!!

This butter is very good and it is distinctive for good flavor. I would buy this again. It is different than Kerry gold. I would say more rich and satisfying on bread. This is made from Alpine cows. I would venture to say that the Alpine sunshine, Fresh Air, Relaxing scenery and Alpine Rain Nourished Grass makes for a very comforting environment for the cows. It enables the cows to produce a superb product.

I’m European, and this butter tastes as good as the Almbutter (the freshly churned butter from cows on the high Alpine meadows where they spend all summer grazing) I ate in my youth - growing up in the Tyrolean mountains. If you want to know what ‘real’ grassfed butter from mountain meadows tastes like, get this brand. We use nothing else.

This butter is worth every penny. It tastes fantastic, and as I mentioned in the heading - zero lactose reactions. I read a study once about the genetic difference between European and American (or Canadian, or Australian) cows that claimed that. And I verified it on my own body. Use this butter daily in my Bulletproof coffee, and sometimes on bread or crackers. It is so tasty you can practically eat it all by itself.

Since I'm from Germany i still remember certain foods and the German Butter is one of them . It is made in the German Alps where Cows roam around freely all day long and eat the green grass and so the taste of this butter is great and healthy . I use as many Grass-fed products i can including free range eggs .

This product is an hidden gem. I use to purchase this butter off of an another website but they discontinued the selling of dairy products. I thought I'd never brush shoulders with this butter again. Stumbled across it on here & at a great price. REAL butter at an cheap price.

I drink bulletproof coffee at least once a week. After reading review of others who also partake, I decided to give it a try. I wholeheartedly agree, this butter is the best for BP Coffee. It's a shame that it's so expensive though, and can't be found in stores. I'm going to enjoy what I have but probably won't be ordering more since the price has gone up even more since Iplaced my original order.
