Firstly, if this was good enough for Queen Elizabeth it's certainly good enough for all! Delicious and great for seasoning meat particularly for grilling. These are the only salts we use in our home.

This is the best salt on the market! We use it daily and when I saw that I was down to the last few tablespoons, I ordered another box! It arrived on time as promised. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the box arrived smashed. The salt was still contained in the plastic inner packaging so I will keep it.

the first time the children saw pyramidal crystals of salt they were happily astonished - as were a few adults who couldn't get over the fact that the salt was saltier than what comes in a packet for minimal cost. maldon, like other salts not dug out of the earth, contains not just sodium chloride - regular table salt: but. depending on their origin, they may also have other salts - all of which add to the individual taste. we do not use maldon in cooking but to finish the dish, i.e. sprinkle it over the finished, plated food so that the diner can get a few satisfying, salty crunches. it always triggers conversation.

It's deliciousness adds tk every dish I make. Highly recommend
