After my original cable from my UE boom speaker got chewed up by my vacuum (I forgot to put the cable away), I had to get a replacement with the same colour and this charger is perfect. If anything, the quality is so much better than my original charge cable that came with the speaker

The shape of the connector into the megaboom is oval and so doesn't offer a water resistant seal.
Expensive for what pretends to be a poor replica. Cheaper alternatives out there.
