Bake,grill,roast. Build quality is very good. Easy to assemble. Can cook plenty of things. Worth the money. Make sure you clean it after use and it looks like brand new again. I'm very much satisfied with my purchase.

There is missing functionality/ accessories
1 . There is no functionality / accessory to hold the top cover ... each time you have to take it off & put it on the ground ... extremely difficult / cumbersome / inconvenient 2. There is no functionality to adjust the distance between the coal & the grill . All meats cannot be grilled keeping the same distance DID NOT REALISE THAT THESE BASIC/ STANDARD FUNCTIONALITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE .
