Great spray paint recommend does a great job.
Decided to buy this after reading the good reviews on Amazon and was not disappointed. It was used over a grey primer on gold door handle letter box a door trim . It was easy to use with minimal mess and we are delighted with end result. It has given the front door new look and covers the worn gold handle letter box and door thresh . It has give a smooth cover and is a lovely colour. Hoping it lasts but we do have plenty left if it needs a touch up.

Amazing
Absolutely fantastic. We had a bit of rust on chrome shelves in our bathroom. My husband painted them with this. Took him less than half an hour and they look brand new.

Chrome paint covered well
Arrived in good time. I decided to paint some chrome ceiling led light fittings in the bathroom which had deteriated over the years. Applied 2 coats about an hour apart and that was sufficient to give a good finish. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the finish colour is more grey than chrome. However, I was actually happy with the colour and would recommend the paint unless you definitely require a shiny chrome finish.

Genuinely awesome 👌
Sprayed plastic and steel and wood, only one coat needed ,you might need 2 coats on wood ,it depends on density. Really fine spray, fantastic coverage, super colour, nice and bright, if you spray twice it Really pops.

Incredible chrome finish, but fades over time and is a little fragile
This produces a lustre that looks like chrome, but the bright finish dulls over time if not lacquered over. The problem is the chrome surface is so smooth that the lacquer didn't stick firmly, so probably a bit to fragile to use for 're-chroming' car parts

As close as it gets!
I bought this paint for a set of custom headlights. The price of chroming would have set me back a few hundred. I’ve tried a fair few “chrome” paints and this is as close as it gets. Whilst it’s nothing like the real deal, it does have a very reflective quality to it. I’ve tried to capture the depth from shadows cast on it and when light shines on it on my photos. This is a smooth plastic with an etch primer base, sanded up to 1200 grit and then painted. There is still orange peel due to the type of nozzle. I daren’t sand the paint as it may lose its gloss. When I did a tester with 2k lacquer, the gloss faded and it was a flat silver. The paint chips easily on plastic, and can loose it’s shine if touched with bare hands. It doesn’t seem to bind with primer like car paints. TLDR: The paint is as close to chrome as I’ve gotten from a rattle can. Sanding primer to a stupidly high grit may get you better results. Don’t sand or apply lacquer afterwards. Leave it to dry for a good few hours. My bezels were still tacky after 3 hours at room temp. If you use it on plastic, be prepared for it to lose its gloss if touched with bare hands. This is paint. It will never look as good as chrome. But it’s one of the better chrome paints I’ve tried and probably would look better on a well maintained metal surface than plastic.

It’s not chrome - it’s silver. We used it on black metal kitchen chair legs to match the table. Came out great. Drying time is longer than it says on can.
