Fila Men's Memory Workshift SR Sneaker

My husband has been wearing these shoes for over 10 years for the comfort and the tread on the bottoms. He won’t wear anything else.

As a tall woman who needs a 12 or 13 in shoes, it is HARD finding shoes that meet the specs I need for work (black, non-slip, wipe-clean, no soft or mesh uppers....) that also actually fit and are tolerable comfort-wise. I've lost track of how many pairs I've sent back because the sizing was way off or because they were as comfortable as strapping bricks to my feet. I bought a pair of these last year (Workshift-m, 10.5 M US) and FINALLY, a work shoe that works for me! I wish I could afford to order a dozen pairs in case they ever discontinue them. I had tried them in 10.5 4E Wide but those weren't proportioned right for my feet so had to return them as they were seriously uncomfortable. The regular 10.5 M size is just right though. The fit is good and with my own gel-insoles inserted, the comfort level is just fine, too. Just as important, I have never lost my footing in these so the non-slip soles are reliable. I ordered my last pair in Aug 2022 and even with wearing 8 hrs a day, 5 days a week, it's taken 'til now, a year and a half later, for them finally to be showing enough wear that they need to be replaced. I just ordered my second pair last week and the fit & comfort level hasn't changed so the $20 price increase was worth it. Very happy not to have to deal with searching for, ordering, and returning a bunch of pairs from other brands to find something that'll work. Thumbs-up to these Filas, please don't ever discontinue this style

Really comfortable. Great value for the price (they go on sale fairly often). I work in a meat department, and they have held up well and feel light yet solid.

Fits well and is very durable for outdoor work option

Extremely comfortable and the best slip resistant shoes so far.. The only downside is they get wet if you have to clean floors in a restaurant..

Comfortable shoe. Wears very well and almost no break-in period. That said, only lasted about 6 months before the body material started developing cracks and holes. I am admittedly hard on shoes and wore these daily, but expected a little longer life. I get 18-24 months with Keens, for comparison. Price vs. durability is probably equal. If you don't beat up your footwear, these may be a good choice.

ok so ive had these shoes for 6 months, which as a kitchen worker is a godsend as is. i have no noticeable wear and tear on the soles of the shoe, 40 hours/week minimum for the last 6 months. the shoe hasnt had tears in them either. the grip is amazing, i dont have soaked feet as a dishwasher. the only damage to them is peeling on the part above the toes but its still waterproof with that having patches missing. easily the best shoes ive ever owned when looking for reasonable priced shoes to beat up in a kitchen in the 10 years ive needed them. worth me coming back 6 months later to review

The first day I wore these sneakers they felt great until the soles started flapping off, evident that simply not enough glue was used to adhere the gripped bottoms of the sneakers to the base of the shoe. More on one than the other. I could have returned them in the middle of my busy holiday but i decided to glue them myself and wrap tie around so they would adhere properly. I shouldn't have to do this. I'm not an employee of Fila. I'm a customer. Very disappointed after returning to Fila after years, remembering how they were comfortable on my wide feet. Now I have a new memory.

The shoes were great but not wide enough at the toes and not safety shoes ,had to return them and it was so easy to do 👍

These shoes are very well belt I've been wearing them for a few weeks now .they fitted perfectly straight out of box. They are the most comfortable safety shoes I have ever owned . They are also well balanced so you do not notice the weight in the front of the shoe for the steel cap.
