I am using chocolate flavour, It is good in taste. It is a week now and i have replaced my one meal with it, waiting for its effect. But over all products is good so giving *** I will update this review after a week if it start showing effects

This is a chocolate milk shake protein powder which is a good replacement of any one meal of the day where you cannot control or measure your food intake properly which leads to overeating. You can easily replace one of the three meals of the day with this protein powder. You will remain full for 3-4hrs since the shake is high in protein and dietary fiber and other nutrients as well. If you want to control your weight and food intake then this shake is ideal for you to maintain your food intake in a convenient way.I personally loved this.

I have brought this many times but the last time when i purchased, the seller given a fake or Expired or bad item which gave me bloating immediately after consumption and troubled me to 2 times and i have to go to the hospital. I m not going to buy this brand again. for saving few 100, we will end up wasting more...
