I've ordered this product three times and will continue to do so. I don't ever want to be without it! I'm no expert in shilajit, this is only the second brand I've tried. There is another provider of shilajit that people rave about, and I'm convinced this comes from the same distributer. This one is only slightly less expensive; however, I can reliably order this on a monthly subscription which is part of the reason I will continue to purchase from this seller. I thoroughly read reviews before purchasing, but tried to manage my expectations of this product. Wow! The first two weeks of taking this, I had energy like I haven't experienced in 15 or more years!! Then, after the two weeks, my energy dropped again. Why wasn't this product working? Well, I was taking this to help work on our house, was up all hours of the night, and still managed to wake up the next day and do it all over again. I was exhausting my body trying to meet a deadline. We are not machines and my body was telling me I needed rest. After taking some downtime to rest, my energy is back and these pills feel like a miracle worker. Please don't expect this product to carry you through a lifetime of poor health decisions. Have realistic expectations. Get your bloodwork done, too. My fatigue has been caused by iron overload (NOT DUE TO THIS PRODUCT). So I'd guess that once I work through that, this product will perform even better for my body. Additionally, since adding this to my supplement routine, my teeth are remineralizing. It's pretty incredible. It took a few months to notice that my teeth look more dense and are whiter, but it's happening. This is the only addition I've made over the last few months. I've had issues with malabsorption throughout my life due to leaky gut and celiac disease. I suspect this is helping to heal and allow for better mineral absorption. I love it and am very grateful to have found this product!

I researched the product before buying and felt this was the safest one to try. Product arrived on time and package a little deformed however that's how USPS operates. It would have been better to package in a box instead of an envelope. The pill has a little not so great taste so I immediately take it with water instead of holding in my mouth. This is the flavor of the product though. I immediately noticed more energy the first day and within a week my hair stopped falling out. I will buy again and definitely refer it to others.

The product has a strong smell. That's a bad as it was for me. Every other aspect of the product was positive. I had more energy and felt less lethargic after using it consistently for 3 months. The first month was not showing much difference but with consistency various habits that has been giving me a better quality of life has started. I'm going to further keep track going forward. But for now it's a good purchase.

Love this product and would buy more if the price hadn’t literally doubled due to popularity. I paid $21 for this product in July and now it’s $40?! Many other brands have kept the same price. I have heard about Shilajit a lot but I never tried before so I thought let me give it go. I received in a very good package. I tried without water but the taste is so weird so had to use water. I have been using this tablet for a week after meal and its seems like it's working. It helps changing my mood and I feel good which really help me focusing on my day to day task. Would recommend 👍

Like the thought of this being a natural product that has health benefits. The taste is not nice for me so needed to swallow them whole . I used it for a month but unfortunately haven't seen any benefits yet.

As per promised in the video (which covers the product), the affects after a couple of weeks of trailing this product is positive. The taste isn't great however, I do have a better general overall wellbeing, I am sleeping better, whether this is a combination of this product and a new pillow I have, I could not rule this out.

Shilajat is ancient . It has been a part of Ayurvedic medicine for too long to count and there is good reason for that. It is packed full of trace minerals and Fulvic acid which are so very important for human nutrition. This is a great make of this precious stuff and these tiny tablet are such an easy way to take it. just one a day is quite enough to build back energy and strength in a fabulous way. I was very , very unwell with pneumonia at Christmas . I have been unable to get my energy back. I recently remembered Shilajat and started taking it about 2 weeks ago. It says you need about 10 days to notice the benefits but after 2 days I could already feel a change. My energy now is so much better. Not fully there but really, I am getting close to being me again. I only wish I had remembered it before . This is a wonderful supplement with too many health benefits to name. Minerals are very, very important to our health and they are very hart to get from food. The soil has been out of minerals for about 100 years and that is the only place they can come from, . Intensive farming does not replace minerals in the soil . In addition they are large molecules and hard to absorb. Not only do these tables give you many minerals you need but there are much easier to take than the other forms. I , personally, swallow them with water. I find them too burny under my tongue .. So I just take one a day and get more and more energy. You can not put a price on that . Fabulous make , fabulous stuff. I will never be without it.

I had never heard of Shilajit before now, ie being able to test it out. I was very excited to do so as I have digestive issues, ie IBS and LPR Reflux; and having anything alkaline definitely helps the reflux. I have been following an alkaline lifestyle for years and used to having high quantities of alkaline products. I have been trying out these Shijajit tablets for about a week now, taking them twice a day. I started feeling dizzy almost straight away; and also my stomach has burning sensations on and off throughout the night or day. Those were the negatives. The positives were that I had stopped coughing as much but the dizziness and burning sensations are a little bit too much for me. I feel dizzy so much that it is hard to get anything done or move as I'm so dizzy. I have a TBI as well; but am not usually dizzy; this is off the charts dizzy. I like the benefits that Shilajit can bring; and I really wanted to like it; which is why I have peservered through the dizziness for this long; and also the heart burn and stomach burning sensations on and off. I'm very used to taking strong alkaline products so this surprises me; and have never felt dizzy taking any strong alkaline drinks; which has left me very confused. The stomach burning sensations today have lasted all day as has the dizziness and that is just very uncomfortable so I'm going to stop taking this brand. What I'm going to do is start experimenting with the liquid version ie the one where you take just a little and mix it with water; as that is said to be purer (so I read) and I want to see if I have the same effects. I will update in due course. It's a huge shame; as I've been alkalinising since 2008 so this isn't new to me although Shilajit is.
