Great product for learning. We have issues with ABC and Squibble we have been only able to use squibble 1 time and since then the app will not work! I have had to buy a newer fire tablet and if that doesn’t issue isn’t resolved we will be returning for the Apple version

Bought for my 5 year old son and he has a blast playing these games! It's very interactive and it gets him excited to play along. Plus it's very cool that he gets to see his "work" on the Tablet. The setup was not too bad, you do have to install under the parent's profile but it explains the process pretty well.

The osmo system has been such an amazing system for my kids to learn on. Endless of fun and they are actually learning something while they play. My oldest loves helping his little sister learn her numbers and letters. Perfect to set up at our table while I make dinner.

UPDATE: After waiting for > 24 hours for OSMO support to respond via email (that's the only way to get support from them, and it's SLOW), I returned the OSMO purchased, after which I received a response from OSMO regarding the Amazon Fire HD 8, 10th Generation (2020) tablet. Monster Super Studio games (Disney Mickey Mouse & Friends, Disney•Pixar Incredibles 2, Disney Princess, Disney Frozen 2) HotWheels MindRacers ===================================== Original review follows: Very expensive way to waste a few hours trying to get the apps to work on a tablet that appears to be completely incompatible. Each and every app seems unable to access the camera - even when running the tablet in parent's mode and explicility granting camera access to each OSMO app. Each app gets "stuck" on the "center camera" step, and then if you skip it, the app acts like its working normally but then just shows yellow rectangles whenever an image of the play mat should be taken and shown. This product should not be marketed as "Fire Tablet compatible" when it doesn't even work with the Fire Tablets that Amazon is currently selling! I'd advise staying away from this product entirely if you are trying to use with a Fire Tablet, else contact the company to confirm compatibility with your specific tablet and version of Fire OS before purchasing!

Would start off with the 4 games for anyone 4 and under but great introduction to educational interactive games. My almost four year old loves that it talks to her and I love that it shows her what to do for all the games each time. Set up was a 4/5 but that’s because they are a little vague but in the era of YouTube and google 🤷🏽‍♀️ I plan on buying the other games and advance the age groups as she gets older but so far, good buy.

so you buy this thing as it says it is for fire tablet thinking it has everything to work with one and then find out after it arrives you need another adaptor for the adaptor to make it work for another $10 plus tax and shipping. It does not fit over the protective shell that comes with the kids fire tablet so you have to remove it, then place the reflector and after trying one game realize something is not working and that you need another orange reflector adaptor for the red camera reflector adaptor. I managed after fiddling with it that the red adaptor needs to sit higher to make it work. So i added a pencil between the tablet and the red camera reflector to keep things in place. Stupid this adaptor was not included in the box and the documentation is poor to understand that you need to buy something else thinking you already have everything as it says this is for a fire tablet. Not User friendly in this manner and you still have registration bs (emails and codes) to deal with. I doubt my child's 88 year old grand pa can figure this setup out even though he is a mechanical engineer with a master degree. This should be simple out of the box thing for 4 year olds not needing to look for extra adaptors and playing with email and codes.

We struggled to get the reflector to read the mat. Then we decided to buy the adjustable reflector and that solved the problem. Besides that I absolutely love the app and the product all of it. It's easy to use and kids are able to catch on very quickly. Just remember to buy the adjustable reflector and you should be fine. Hopefully the company can change the newer reflector with the old one

Great product! I had some initial reservations based on mixed reviews and the overall cost of the system. I decided to try it out and I am glad I did. We had an initial issue getting the tablet to “see” the play mat but since then it has been non-stop fun! My daughter has only played 4 of the 6 apps so far and she loves them. The mixture of hands-on learning and technology is very well balanced. I like that my daughter can practice problem-solving while also being creative. I would recommend to anyone with preschool-age children.

Osmo and its parent company Byju's went into receivership LAST YEAR but their products are still being sold on Amazon. We bought hundreds of dollars of Osmo products for my daughter as a gift and waited to give them to her, only to find out that the products DO NOT WORK and are no longer supported as the parent company no longer exists and none of the support contacts work. DO NOT BUY an Osmo product - it is a very concerning that Amazon is still selling these when they are no longer supported and no longer work.

An sich ein cooles Produkt, wenn man das passende Tablet hat! Wir haben extra ein Amazon fire Tablet gekauft und dazu das Osmo .... Nach langem hin und her... Haben wir herausgefunden, dass das Osmo NUR mit dem Amazon Tablet Generation 9 und 11 funktioniert!!!! Wir haben das neuste , welches im Angebot war gekauft (Generation 13) !!! Deshalb nur der eine Stern! Da es in der Beschreibung heißt "kompatibel mit Apple Tablet und Amazon Tablet " Somit ging es zurück! Sehr schade, mein Kind hatte sich schon sehr gefreut damit spielen zu können.

Ordered this for my 5 year old daughter who started school last September. I wanted her to have more educational games to play and she loves learning so I thought this would be great but unfortunately not all of the pieces were included and it has been extremely difficult to located the one piece we need for the games to work properly which is a real shame and very frustrating. Outrageous this piece just isn't included, I'm not sure how they can justify that choice but it will certainly put me off buying anything again in future.
