Easy to install and programme. Perfect to fit in a space that didn't have room for a wifi plug. Can now control the socket from anywhere using the SmartLife app or the Alexa

I have sky WiFi I did have to gain access to the router settings to get 2.4g to work on its own and 5g on another ssid. Once you sorted the WiFi the rest is easy. I had a problem with the item contacted the seller they was straight on the ball helpful friendly and sorted the problem full 5stars for the item and the seller

Works very well could do with being less bulky as you need deeper back boxes or surface mount them

Be aware that this double socket is actually two seperate modules with a seperate mounting plate then a cover.Being seperate modules, means you have to add three link wires L,N,E to join modules together to maintain ring main. Along with the two cables from ring main and exra link wire, and depth of module, makes it tight in mounting box.Additionally , the " keyhole" screw holes in mounting plate are machined incorrectly . The larger hole is directly inline with threads in a standard mounting box, so screws don't hold plate.In all, a right fiddle to install, much better options available, but once fitted, does work well and reliable .Would I buy again? No.

Very happy with this item. Bought it so I could switch off a wall mounted tv which, because the socket is high up the wall and difficult to reach behind the tv, was left on standby when not in use- not good from a safety perspective, not to mention the unnecessary power consumption. Easy to fit and set up using the app, and tointegrate with Alexa. So I can switch off my tv now either through the app, the Alexa app or via a voice command to Alexa. Delighted with my purchase!

Product intermittently paired for a while then 1 socket won’t even turn on. Can’t diagnose as if not on won’t connect to app. It requires an electrician so that’s cost wasted by having it fitted and it’s non standard size…

Couldn't get the app to work, so sent back for a refund.
