Great gift for any aspiring chef, home cook or even a professional themselves. Nicely written guidebook to help you along and they did not skimp on the ingredients (Sodium Alginate, etc. which at least in my town are hard to track down and buy without going online). Recommended. Kids would probably love it as a fun activity on a rainy day.

Made this with my kids for a fun quarantine project. They had so much fun and it turned out so cool. Fun to eat too.

I ordered the gel noodle and spherification kit. The kits shipped promptly (they originate only 7 or 8 miles from my house in Maine). The equipment contained within is professional and the ingredients provided are in sufficient quantities. Overall, this is a very professional set up. I have not tried to make anything yet. However, tomorrow I have blocked off a few hours to play. I will post a synopsis after. So far, I am pleased. Four stars for exceeding shipment and equipment expectations.
