I am someone who ALWAYS gets bitten when the mozzies are out, even with deet spray, and other repellants, so this product was a no brainer for me, but I had no idea how effective it would be. In past years when I've been bitten I end up with dozens of scars from the bites (and the resultant scratching and re-healing). However this year, as soon as the massive red blotches appeared, I treated them with this and it killed the itching completely. As a result the bites healed up completely within a week leaving zero scars or blemishes. I will say that the heat does hurt a bit in use. You are effectively *ALMOST* burning yourself, but the results are SO worth it. The small amount of discomfort is massively outweighed by the total elimination of days of itching. Having seen how well it worked I would have easily paid double the price. Definitely worth the money. In terms of ease of use, its one button. I don't think it could be much simpler.

Absolutely recommend this product. I was bitten at home quite badly and it was swollen around the bites. I was looking for a no drug alternative for healing and found this. The bites healed within days and no itching. I appear to be super tasty to all biting stinging things and have since been bitten away in Cyprus. I’m so glad so brought this with us. It works brilliantly. It does sting/burn towards the end of the time using but it’s absolutely bearable and my 10 year old son delights using it on me. Super easy to use. Can’t recommend it enough. Fab product.

This product works amazingly well. I bought it for my wife for a trip to Turkey as she always has problems with the mozzies. I am so glad I did as it was my turn to be the main course. This device took the itch out of a dozen nasty bites. The machines outputs an uncomheat on the skin but it doesn't burn or hurt. The affect on the bite is immediate and the itching stops instantly. You may have to use it a few times a day but it's worth it. Tip; if you use the devise as soon as you realise you've been bitten, then you won't have to repeatedly use it as much. This would gave got 5 stars (I'd give it 10) if the build quality was better. Very light weight and flimsy. Take care when changing the battery as mine fell apart.

Remarkably effective at stopping itching. Gets pretty hot but doesn't give you 2nd degree burns. Works instantly unlike creams and sprays. Easy to use and small enough to carry with you.

Brilliant product. It burns you for 2 seconds, but grit your teeth, as it’s worth it. Mosquito bites straight away stop itching, and go down more quickly than if you don’t use one of these. I often have allergic reactions to insect bites, and this stops that. Nice and small for carrying.

I get bitten badly. When I do my bites swell up the thr size of a golf ball. This works. You need to use it as soon as the itching starts up again. But it helps very much to keep the itching at bay. Therefore it doesn’t swell up and leave a massive scar after. ONLY issue is, it’s extremely uncomfortable. There’s no chance I could do 6 seconds and I would never EVER use it on a child. It’s not a pleasant sensation in the slightest.

Great for taking the incessant itch out of bites, does get quite hot but lasts only for a second or two. Really simple to use. Handy for popping in your handbag due to small size. Great quality and value for money.

I never leave reviews as I’m lazy, but I have to say this thing is incredible. I get bitten badly and in peak season, daily. Nothing works to stop the bites completely and until now I’ve never found anything to stop the itching. With bad bites, I’m often up in the night due to itching and being uncomfortable. However, that’s about to change as this thing arrived today and it works instantly. It does get hot and can feel uncomfortable, but the discomfort stops instantly after the 3 seconds is up and it’s well worth it to stop itching and pain for days

Comprato su suggerimento di persone che lo avevano già provato ed è stata una fantastica scoperta, oramai lo porto sempre con me e non ne posso più fare a meno. Ho preso la versione nera che ha la luce incorporata, così di sera posso usarlo all’aperto anche se la visibilità non è fantastica, è piccolo e leggero e sta perfettamente in tasca. Funziona con due batterie mini stilo e dopo un mese di utilizzo (e dopo aver dimenticato l’interruttore su on per circa una settimana 😅) non hanno ancora dato segni di cedimento. Sul lato del prodotto si trova il pulsante di accensione a tre livelli: spento (0), acceso (1) e acceso con luce (☀️) per poterlo usare al buio. Sul dorso del prodotto troviamo un grosso pulsante il cui contorno si illumina di blu a metà o del tutto a seconda che lo si usi a metà carica o a carica intera. Se si usa per i bambini o su pelli sensibili è consigliata la metà carica, di durata di 3 secondi: si posiziona la parte bianca dell’oggetto (una piastra di ceramica che si scalda) bene a contatto al morso di zanzara e si preme il tasto una volta; la piastrina inizia a scaldarsi e si sente chiaramente calore e un dolore tipo puntura di spillo molto acuto e il dispositivo emette un bip a fine erogazione. Magari le prime volte non è piacevole, ma una volta abituati non è nulla di difficilmente sopportabile, anche per i bambini. Se si preme il pulsante due volte il tasto superiore si illumina completamente e viene erogato calore per 6 secondi. Ho notato che le erogazioni sono ben calibrate, ovvero il tempo perfetto per eliminare bene e del tutto il prurito sarebbe quello di 6 secondi, ma soprattutto per i bambini è poco piacevole dover tollerare un tempo così lungo e quindi meglio fare quello da 3 secondi, anche se poi tocca ripeterlo durante la giornata perché il prurito torna a farsi sentire. In generale non sarà il dispositivo definitivo ma lo trovo davvero utile ed efficiente. Mi è anche caduto un paio di volte facendo saltare il coperchio delle batterie, ma senza danni, quindi è anche resistente. Magari avrei aggiunto un cordino per poterlo appendere allo zaino e recuperarlo più in fretta.

This works well. It is a clever gadget, heating up your mosquito bites to get rid of the itch. Ice doesn’t work on me, this does. So small and easy to carry. Funny that people are afraid to use it when I tell them it heats up a little. It is literally seconds that you hold it to the skin and the itch is usually gone with the first try. I have had to do it twice when I waited too long to zap the bite, but it did work. This is perfect if your’re like me and get swollen with mosquito bites.

Bought this following a horrendous holiday near Lake Garda where our resort was infested with mosquitoes. Used it this year in Mallorca (where the friendly bat population did a fantastic job of keeping mosquito numbers right down). The product works really well. Following a bite you switch it on, put it at the point of the bite, and press the button. A searing pinpoint of heat can be felt (uncomfortable but not unbearable) for a few seconds. Following that the itch stops almost immediately. One thing to note was that 3 of 4 of us found it excellent. My son complained that it made matters worse, but I believe he may have been bitten by ants rather than mosquitoes, and the tool is specifically designed to counter the proteins that mosquitoes “inject” when they bite.

I was skeptical at first because all the sources on the biological action involved for the relief effects were commercial or commercial-sponsored sources. But I thought I'd give it a go and have been really pleased with the benefit. As a person who is prone to scratching itches from insect bites, this device has made a real difference in bringing comfort and practically eliminating my need to scratch. The light could be better as it doesn't much help with identifying the spot you're bitten. I think this leaves room for a better design but I'd rather have the light than not at all.
