My second internet hub... but worth it.
Our 1st generation SkyLink (SC-100) worked flawlessly, but as our house expanded through renovations, we needed more comprehensive system. I opted to try the "SkyLinkNet" Internet Hub system. I got about three years out of the first one before the hub unit stopped communicating to our home network. There was no warning, no degrading of service. It just stopped communicating. It still worked using the key fob remote, but did not relay anything to the control apps. I tired everything; reset buttons, remove batteries from the hub, etc. nothing. The downside was that several of the door sensors needed to be reset and there was no way to reset those while the app was unable to communicate to the hub.So I replaced the internet hub. It's working for now.PRO: Does not require a subscription.PRO: Uses standard batteries (AA and AAA) in the sensors.PRO: The sensors work quite well!CON: No way of knowing if a battery is shot. You just have to think to replace all the batteries when you change the batteries in your smoke detectors.

Easy to setup and use with my Skylink products
I have always liked my skylink products and the ability to control lights with a remote. Adding this gives me that capability from my cell phone. It was easy to setup and I am extremely pleased with the results.

Not a reliable system
I purchased this 12/10/2016, noticed 8/22/2018 that it was offline, i went to check on it today (8/24/2018) it is completely dead no power what so ever. I would think for the price you pay it would last longer. i have no confidence in this system at all.I have many switches in witch only half of them work (three way switch forget about it, i have 3 of them set up and only one of the two switches will work on each (and its not because of dead batteries.) it seems like the system loses its memory, the system is very buggy. The only reason i went with this system is because it doesn't require a three wire set up because i live in an older home. I would not recommend.Update; I investigated this matter further and gave it another star because the system itself was not dead it was a blown capacitor in the power supply. For those who don't have any electronic component experience. its a $0.25 component and a little soldering(an easy fix). As for the wireless switches that keep losing their memory that's another issue i still have to work out.

I believe it is a good device
Hasn't been in use long but seems to work as advertised and expected. Only have one switch device hooked in at present. I would buy it again.

It works, but it's not perfect. Skylink needs some work compared to Smart Home appliances.
Works with my Skylink receptacles, but in all honesty the system isn't perfect, doesn't always fire, and misses some of the scheduled on and off triggers. I can't rely on it 100% and am switching over to another smart home system gradually.
