My 8 year old loves it! Good for all ages. Fun for baseball lovers!

Rainy days don’t stand a chance anymore. The game is fun and quality-made with strong pieces and fantastic pitch and hitting mechanics. My kids love it and we play together. Great way to teach your kids about the game of baseball too. Great gift idea for grandparents to get their grandkids!

Perfect game. This game captures the strategy of pitcher vs batter. You really feel like a pitcher changing speeds and curves. The batter is nervous hoping to hit a pitch. The fastball is too fast to hit. But if you hit it, bam! Homerun out of the park. The curve balls are hilarious. Lots of laughs and fun as you play. Very well made. There is nothing wrong with the bat like the video of the 3 year old mashing the levers with her dad. They have the bat on backwards. It works perfect and does NOT get stuck on the wall ever.

This game is a real blast, it is well-designed and sturdy. It's fun to have something physical you can touch (and occasional hit by the ball!) instead of a video game. The pitching and batting action are really cool and functional. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is there is nowhere I can find for keeping score. It's got a nice ball/strike/out counter, but I don't see anyplace for the score. Very minor issue. Great game!

Fun game for two persons not requiring batteries or power. Game is constructed well and offers some challenge to learn how to pitch & bat.

This One - PROS - little guys vs cardboard cutouts, dugouts, no plastic barrier behind the triple/double/single pockets, home plate trap door - CONS - not 2 full teams of players, no functional scoreboard, very overcomplicated scoring sheet, very teeny tiny foul “poles” Slammin Sluggers - PROS - functional scoreboard, all the MLB teams, foul poles - CONS - no dugouts, cardboard pieces are flimsy and start to rip after repeated use, pitching machine height can block the ball, plastic barrier behind the triple/double/single pockets makes it difficult to get the ball out but they can be removed My son is 7 and in his opinion this is 5 stars and he likes it better than Slammin Sluggers (it’s also newer so that could be part of it.) As a parent paying for it, I’d give it 3-4 stars because it seems to have a little less functionality compared to Slammin Sluggers. If this game had 2 full teams of players and a functional scoreboard it would win hands down in both of our eyes!

Great game, concept and design. Perfect for the young one (or young at heart) who is baseball fan. My son (7 year old) loves it. As a pitcher you can change up the speeds of the pitches and you can also change direction (breaking balls) by directing a magnet hidden under the "field". Fantastic! I purchased a number of other baseball related items (pitching target, balls, reaction ball, baseball cards,etc) for Christmas and this one was by far the winner. He can't stop playing it! A few negatives: so far it has stood up quality wise but it is made up of plastic (not a surprise) so you do want to be careful with it. The scoreboard is just a sticker so you can not change the score (would be great if it was something like a fooseball table with moveable tabs). Also, as another reviewer stated it's always the "red team" fielding. All things considered this game is a great hit. We have made some modifications to it so my son's favorite team is fielding (Boston). Added on a cardboard "green monster" and placed Boston stickers all over. Finally a game that both kids and adults can get into!

UPDATED :: I'll give 3.5 stars now. you cannot buy replacement pieces from the company. kinda ridiculous being that it's FILLED with necessary tiny pieces. This is PERFECT for my 4 year old son's christmas. He's super into sports, and this is holding him over while baseball season is over. It's a bit big but you can't help it based on what the game is. It's like one of those old school pinball/arcade games that I remember playing at that random "uncle's" house or at that Brookstone a long time ago. It's not super tricked out in decor in the bleachers, but my kids have been putting their shopkins and tiny figures to serve as the spectator fans in the seats. Super cool that you can change the pitches to go left or right, or sinker (more for the advanced games that I play against my husband) I only wish that it had a score keeping system built in to the game. But overall, it's great. As long as my son has someone to play against, he can play this for a long time. There's a video of it on youtube so you can see it in action!
