I use this probiotic along with many of the other Designs for Health supplements. I love this brand and will continue to use them in the future.

My husband and I are both in our late 70's. I have used probiotics in the past, and they honestly didn't seem to be of much value. I quit using them to reduce the number of supplements I am taking. Most recently, I found out about spore based probiotics, and decided to try these. Both my husband and I are are healthy and not taking any medication, but neither of us has felt as energetic as we used to, possibly an "age thing". When I found out about the spore base probiotics, I was interested, and both my husband I decided to try this brand. Although the price of $70.49 at the time of this review seems like a lot, one bottle is enough for 2 months. So, $35.25 per month is comparable to other probiotics for a one month supply. In my research I found that spore based probiotics have been clinically tested and are supposedly better than other probiotics because: 1) Improved Gut Flora Balance: They help establish a balanced microbiome, which is crucial for gut health. 2) Support for Immune Health: A healthier microbiome can enhance immune responses. 3) Better Survivability: Spore probiotics survive harsh conditions, including stomach acid, making them more effective than regular probiotics. 4) Multisystem Health Benefits: They can modulate inflammatory responses, support hormonal balance, and promote cardiovascular health. 5) Detoxification: They may help clear toxins from the blood and improve cholesterol levels. Of course, this is all published research and theory. My husband has been taking these probiotics almost 2 weeks, and I started taking them about 4 days ago. Both of us had an initial response of diarrhea and loose stools for a few days. In my research, I found out that this is normal as our bodies acclimate to the new bacteria. My husband has gotten past this, and I am getting better. Although I do believe that our gut health has a huge effect on our overall health, the jury is still out on the effects of this spore base probiotic. I don't expect any changes or effect to happen in the short term, but hope these probiotics will be effective in the long term. UPDATE 03/03/26: I have been taking this probiotic for a little over a week, and my system has become adjusted to them. So, no more diarrhea. My husband has been taking them for almost 4 weeks at this point, and it seems to be helping with his uncontrollable gas problem. Honestly, there were times I thought he would be jet propelled through the ceiling, and he said he couldn't control it. I didn't want to go out to eat or to stores with him to avoid the embarrassment. Thankfully, his gas problem seems to have been resolved with this probiotic. I will update this review after my husband and I have taken this supplement for a few months. I hope this review was helpful for you.

Works great, especially over time, have taken this for several months on subscribe. Took a bit to notice a difference, but once the shift in gut was more evident, I knew it was working. Super happy with this, have tried others and sticking to this one.

Your shipping on one product ruined my 1st entire experience. A thin layer of bubble wrap around 60+ dollar glass bottle of medicine at that costs the user more than $1 dollar per capsule before taxes. As someone who doesn’t even work in logistics, the math seems pretty simple. It just doesn’t made zero sense, why spend extra $1-2 to make sure “our” product arrives in usable condition to the especially anything glass. I already started using your product (ProbioSpores) it really is quite a good product( if packaged correctly.) Which this is simply letting everyone know I received a broken glass bottle. Once you pull the pieces of glass out the capsules were still in usable condition and was medicine was of high quality, so this is a review solely on the shipping and packaging experience + not on the product itself.
